Saturday Outing: Lake Chelan/North Cascade Loop

This weekend we...

Went swimming:

Picked blueberries and had lunch at Blueberry Hills Farm:

Became extremely disappointed with our car GPS when we ended up on a little gravel road in the middle of no where and discovered that it wanted us to stay on that road for 40 miles! We ended up turning around, ignoring the GPS and finding our own way! *gasp*

Drove the North Cascade Loop, stopped at a few scenic overlooks and went for a short hike/walk through the woods:

The End!

The Long Overdue P365 Post!

Okay so remember when I said I would update this like once a week... yeah I lied!! Oops!!

Oh well, here are about a months worth of photos!

He is too!

My boys all ready for church!

All ready for bed! Yes, Blake slept in his bouncy chair for the first month or so. Don't worry, he sleeps in his crib now.

From a mini photo shoot I did with Blake and Cole for Blake's announcements.

I would like to introduce you to Cole's "buddies" He brings all 5 of these guys all over the house with him. Only three of them are allowed out of the house, I tell him the other two are too big for the car. He hardly has any room in his toddler bed because they take up most of it!

We've been trying to go on little family outings on Saturdays. We went to the zoo a few weeks ago:

The penguins were actually out and Cole loved them!

I thought it would be cute to get a pic of Cole with these monkey statues but as you can see, he's not too sure about the whole thing. I think he thought that monkey was going to come alive and grab him! ;)

Checking out the elephants!

Look at that crazy hair! He's already starting to lose some of it :(

So Sweet!

Blake and Charlie at the baby shower.

The next Saturday we went to Snoqualmie Falls and the Snoqualmie Railroad Museum:

Eating his Spongebob Ice Cream! That thing made a MESS!

At the falls!

Playing on the tracks with daddy. They were really old tracks that weren't in use anymore.

Little Man.

Last Saturday we checked out the Everett Children's Musuem. Cole loved it so much! I think we might get a years pass.

This was the water exhibit, Cole loved it there.

We had Blake's baby blessing on Sunday.

Cole was terrified of all the fireworks in our neighborhood so this was how he spent 4th of July while we were out on the porch watching the show. Poor boy! He was fine once I turned on cartoons, although he never did take that blanket off his head.

Smiles!

It's HOT in this house so shirts are optional! ;)

Well, hopefully I will be better now that I am caught up.... yeah right!
